Citi has had a presence in Ireland since 1965, it was one of the first foreign banks to open an office in the country and is the Citibank Europe Plc Headquarters. **Team/Role Overview:** This role will be key to senior stakeholders in supporting and driving the operational and strategic activities of the business. You will take ownership of senior stakeholder relationships, as well as Governance/Sales reviews. Driving transformation initiatives and executing on strategic priorities will be key deliverables in supporting the execution of the business strategy. Ownership of the day to day operations across the Cluster and Legal entities The role will include preparing materials for senior business reviews, tracking the business financials and employee headcount and identifying areas for improvement and driving execution. No day is the same and you will be a key player in our growing our business ambitions. **What you’ll do** + Partner with key stakeholders across the business and support functions to ensure efficient operation and administration of the business + Identify key business drivers and develop / improve related management tracking metrics and key performance indicators + Identify areas of focus to drive business optimization, ensure stakeholders remain on track to deliver optimization initiatives + Partner closely with global business and functional partners- Develop strong working relationships and effectively partner with key business and functional stakeholders across the organization to accomplish goals. + Lead projects across their lifecycle by identifying and structuring problems, analyzing root causes, developing actionable solutions, communicating with key stakeholders and driving execution. + Synthesize key findings and recommendations into clear and succinct presentations for senior leadership. + Effectively lead and drive stakeholder engagement and accountability **What we’ll need from you:** + You must have relevant experience in Financial services, Strategy or Consulting with expertise in Project or Programme Management. + Excellent time management and problem solving skills is a must. + You need to be confident in driving agendas and be someone who can hold their ground. + Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives. + Proven analytical, quantitative and strategic planning skills. + Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Able to work through a large, complex matrix organization; demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks. + Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to create support across a wide range of stakeholders through well-developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities. + Organizationally savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret. + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as you will be owning the Governance and Sales Reviews as part of this role. + Core COO and business management experience. + Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience required. **What we can offer you:** This is a role that'll offer you the opportunity make a difference to the Securities Services business and to be a core contributor to our growth agenda.
