As a Securities Services Sales Analyst within the J.P. Morgan Securities Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts in Taiwan. Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Securities Services Sales team in building KYC profiles for new account openings and existing account renewals, which involves close communication with clients, Sales, and internal KYC support units; monitor KYC timelines and adhere to compliance/KYC advice. Support the Securities Services Sales team with follow-up tasks related to legal documents, commercial terms, and the execution and filing management of documents. Prepare sales presentations, respond to clients' Requests for Proposals, and plan client events. Assist in client account planning, segment strategy, and industry analysis. Manage sales pipeline and regional projects through frequent communication with Sales, business managers, and product leads. Support business management reporting and other ad-hoc projects. Collaborate with the regional/global Business Manager (BM) team for the rollout of new initiatives. Provide backup support for administrative tasks. Assist in organizing client thought-sharing events.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Knowledge on global custody, fund services and other securities service product and industry with 1 to 2 year-working experience is preferred Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently as a self-starter. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and research capabilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality. Ability to thrive on the challenge of competitive pressures and remain focused on client needs. Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and clients. Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Mandarin Trust business personnel certification (can be obtained after onboarding)
