Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed Great Customer Service Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic Professional verbal / written communication skills Must be comfortable with report writing  Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
