POSITION 1: Part Time 8 HOURS 

                                    

                                    EVERY OTHER WEEKEND 4P-12AM

The most effective candidate will the following responsibilities:

Respond to resident requests in a timely and friendly manner.

Maintain confidentiality with all resident information.

Provide great customer service to our residents and visitors at all times. 

Treat all residents with respect. Job Specific 

Maintain security objectives and standards, providing statistics as directed. 

Monitor the entire campus throughout the shift, on foot or vehicle. 

Respond to all calls from residents and associates. 

Lock all outer doors and check them throughout the shift.

Perform assigned maintenance tasks throughout the shift. 

Report all incidents/accidents involving residents and associates. 

Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions and equipment. 

Report occupational blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals in accordance with community policies and procedures governing accidents and incidents. 

Enforce all parking regulations.

Monitor and question the presence of people who do not work or live in the community.

Complete daily activity log. 

Perform assigned security tasks throughout the shift as necessary. 

Provide relief for other associates for meal periods and breaks throughout the shift. 

Assist with Valet Parking. 

Respond to Maintenance emergencies as necessary throughout the shift.
