Plan and SOPs: Assess and prepare security management plans and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Preventive Security: Foster a culture of preventive security and establish processes. Monitoring and Control: Set up control rooms and policies for project monitoring, ensuring SOP adherence. Vigilance: Develop systems to prevent security incidents like fraud, theft, and property damage. Fire Safety: Implement fire safety systems and ensure compliance. Audits: Conduct regular security audits of company assets. Patrolling and Traffic: Oversee patrolling and traffic management in project areas. Incident Reporting: Report incidents according to the Group Security Matrix and prepare MIS reports. Surveillance Systems: Ensure the operation of T&A devices and CCTV systems. Malpractice Reporting: Report any malpractice to the Group Security or Business Head. Guidelines Implementation: Implement group security practices and guidelines. Intelligence Gathering: Establish reliable information sources and maintain relationships with authorities and the community. Risk Mitigation: Analyze intelligence, develop mitigation plans, and maintain liaison with staff. Safety Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with PPE usage and implement accident prevention plans. Training: Conduct security and fire safety training programs. Crisis Readiness: Improve crisis readiness and support emergency response plans. Reporting: Prepare and share incident and crisis reports with management. Awareness Programs: Organize security awareness training for employees. Rescue Team: Develop and support rescue teams for critical situations.

Education: Former Army Personnel with a bachelor’s degree.

Experience; Minimum 05 years
