Location: Beaverton, OR & Camas, WA

Pay: $33.00/hour 

The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing security operations in Beaverton and Camas, including personnel management, emergency response protocols, project management and security compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to mitigating security risks.

Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations management, with a proven track record of success Requires knowledge and experience in security access control systems, camera systems Also requires experience in programming security access control devices into security systems (CCure, Genetec, Avigilon, etc.) Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of security professionals Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Proficiency in MS Office systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good public speaking skills, as well as ability to provide presentations to broad spectrum of clientele Proficiency in security systems and technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, DHS Chemical Security, SEC Sarbanes Oxley CPR/First Aid certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus Must be able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills
