Security AD Hygiene Analyst
Description Security AD Hygiene Analyst to join us in the maturation of our access administration practices. Looking for an IAM Team committed to enhancing processes and procedures that support automated access administration single sign-on SSO directory services technical integrations and supporting behavioral analytics. Come lead by example and serve as a subject matter supporting IAM internal teammates. This role will actively contribute to the IAM Program including identification and management of internal and external IAM risks and opportunities for improvement. Help us build a solid understanding of the importance and benefits of IAM to safely maintain and track access within the HealthEquity environment. Be a proactive corporate citizen accurately following access administration's latest security practices. Job Duties/ Responsibilities: + Active Directory hygiene efforts and access reconciliation + Designing new processes. + Access administration in Active Directory with on-premise cloud-based applications. + Support and follow IAM Identity and Access Management principals + Partner with the User Access Certification Governance team when needed which may include providing audit evidence + Reconcile and assess the quality of access administration tasks completed by the team + Facilitate collaboration and leads multi-functional teams to drive projects to completion + Participate in User Acceptance Testing UAT phases for defect fixes enhancements and other critical initiatives + Provide IAM process guidance and requirements creates IAM solutions collaborate with business partners and engineers and create roles for application onboarding + Inventory user access administration documentation and help create process documentation to manage access administration processes Day to Day: + Will be helping clean up accounts, user administration work, removing people from security groups, removing people from servers, removing groups from services. + Pushing us forward for automation - setting up some PowerShell scripts through a task, scheduler, or helping with automation through IdentityNow (new to using IAM tools) Additional Skills & Qualifications What you will need to be successful: + Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, User Accounts, Organization Units, Group Membership, Nested Groups, and Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online + Strong Excel skills + PowerShell scripting + Ability to influence others and engage in difficult conversations to maintain process and audit requirements. + Experience in end-user interaction in developing documenting and implementing business roles and procedures + Identify issues risks and procedural irregularities collect data establish facts draw valid conclusions engage others for support and align or realign resolution responsibilities as needed. + Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years' related experience Looking for: + Someone that is very technical and knows IT, or an IAM/Security person that has a lot of IT experience + Knows active directory, can help us with group policy + Currently enabling automation around GPOs, can help clean up Windows servers + Wish list item would be someone with Linux and database experience + User admin experience in the IT space Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
