We are currently seeking a Security Analyst to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Responsibilities in security areas of information and physical security.
Duties include:
ISSM support with policy development and implementation Providing security risk management guidance pertaining to the protection of advanced technology Making access eligibility determinations in accordance with Navy SAP processes Reviewing documentation required for classification information systems in accordance with current regulations You may also conduct site survey and physical security accreditations, interpret current security policies, and implement organization security policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis Minimum 4 years of experience providing onsite physical security Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations Minimum 1 year of experience working with security classification methods, concepts, and eligibility requirements Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Navy security policies and procedures Prior experience with information security Prior experience with policy writing Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer or Assistant Facility Security Officer
