Initial effort will be data entry, secondary effort will be prioritization of risks based on the data that is already in the system and the additional data that is being entered in the initial effort.  
CSRM has a significant amount of risk management data that was received from Commonwealth agencies.  CSRM does not have adequate staff to perform these activities.  VITA is standing up two service centers related to IT security audit and risk management, fulfilling the purpose of these service centers per the Governor’s budget will require VITA to prioritize the activities based on risk.  The data must be entered into Archer in order to take advantage of the relational database to prioritize the risks. 
IT Security and Risk Management knowledge.  Strong Microsoft excel skills.
