Security and Privacy Control Assessor/Technical Evaluator - Security

What You Will Do:
Personnel assigned to this role will support the security and privacy compliance program and the common/core control tasks. This role is responsible for coordinating with both the client section and other sections or divisions within the client office. Other sections include, but are not limited to, IT Operations, Engineering & Integration, and Software Operations. Other Divisions include, but are not limited to, the Office of Investigative Technology. The contractor shall employ both security and privacy control assessors. The contractor shall employ a mixture of technical and non-technical personnel for this role.


This position is most closely aligned to the Security Control Assessor, NIST: SP-RM-002. Additional NIST work role alignments include;

Security Architect, NIST: SP-ARC-002DEA Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance Program 28Systems Security Analyst, NIST: OM-AN-001Information Systems Security Manager, NIST:OV-MG-001Information Systems Security Developer, NIST:SP-SYS-001IT Project Manager, NIST:OV-PMA-002


What You Will Need:

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public TrustGED or High school diplomaTHREE (3) or more years' experience in cybersecurity

Bachelor's degreeA DOD 8570 Certification
