Security Architect

What can you expect?

What will your responsibilities be?

Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancementsDeveloping and enforcing project timelines for new implementations and system upgradesPlans, researches, and designs the architecture of cybersecurity systemsAssists other IT teams in the design and architecture of their solutions to ensure they are compliant and secureAnalyzes and detects security gaps to improve Adient’s security postureEmpowers and guides other members of the team, specially those more juniorWorks with business and IT alike to ensure proper fulfillment of Security needsContinuously analyze Security portfolio to identify cost savings and feature improvementsAbility to set and align goals consistent with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environments.Review and suggest changes to company BOS policies and standards to make sure they are current and adequate to comply with Adient’s requirementsAbility to work independently without direct supervision or encouragementTrains staff in the use of industry best practices, established operational methodologies and documented procedures.Ability to recognize and respond to customer expectations with a sense of urgency.Ability to set and align goals consistent with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environments.Adheres to the Company's Ethics standards
 

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

4-year University degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems.At least 4years of experience architecting and designing IT Solutions2 At least 4 years of experience in CybersecutirtyAbility to work with a diverse group of people of different skills, backgrounds, departments and management levelsExcellent communication skills and proficiency in speaking English
