Roles and responsibilities
Cryptography Architect is responsible for leading the practice and introducing overall technical vision for Cryptography at UIDAI Understanding the technology requirements of organization through interacting with various stake holders, analysing the technology environments, Identifying the gaps and resolution Creating a cryptographic architecture for organization, create solutions prototype and demonstrate Driving the solution delivering the highly secure encrypted environment and with monitoring and management capabilities Network Security Architect is responsible for leading the practice and introducing overall technical vision for Network Security at UIDAI Participate in technology selection and controlling the solution development and have knowledge of SDLC and Data base, Storage and Network Audit and analysis of the present solution and mitigating risks
What you need to bring:
Qualifications
BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent
Certified expert on one of the following - LA ISO 27001 IT risk management/ Information security certificate such as CISA, CISSP, GIAC
Experience
Minimum 10 Years of experience in relevant area
Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization and security
Good knowledge with TCP/IP protocols, Analytics skills, Statistical Modelling, Mathematics;
Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions Hands on development of encryption technology, training and enhancement of IT security Understanding of technologies like Bitcoin, Tokenization and other associated technologies Good Communication skills, Deep analytical skills and project and resource management; Firm grasp on application security standards and methodologies (OWASP, PCI, NIST, GDPR etc.) Good knowledge on authentication and authorization standards applicable in the Web application/Webservices - OAuth2, SAML, OpenlD Understanding of Hash/encryption algorithms used in products and ability to argue on a solution level the encryption should be applied to basing on a threat model and risks Good to have background in Java, JavaScript, databases and PL/SQL, system/network administration Must Have hands-on key encryption using HSM;
