Maintain responsibility to conduct mobile patrol of park property and provide assistance to guests and associatesEnsure the safe operation of all company vehiclesControl the access of all associates, suppliers, vendors and other visitors through the designated entry/exit gateRespond to any fire, safety or security alarms and provide assistance where requiredDirect human and vehicular traffic in a safe and efficient fashionComplete Security Incident Reports and follow-up in a timely matterProvide a security presence to deter potential crime and maintain a safe environment Second responder to incidents in the parkTraining being mandatory, includes use of force, handcuffs and baton Maintaining authorization to issue trespass notices at their discretionParticipation in site-specific fire and safety training (sprinkler and fire alarm)

Qualifications:You!Candidates enrolled in or graduate of a Post-Secondary Law Enforcement program or possess equivalent work experiencePrevious Canada’s Wonderland Security experience or equivalent work experience Individuals that possess a valid Ontario Security Guard license, Ontario Driver’s license in good standingApplicants with current First Aid/CPR certificatesIndividuals that possess excellent problem solving skills and are able to deal with stressful situationsCandidates that present themselves in a professional manner and positive attitudeIndividuals that can provide their own CSA approved steel toed black bootsAbility to wear PPE with appropriate training: safety vest, gloves, face shield, face coveringAvailability to work a variety of rotating shifts including midnights, on weekends and holidays
