Fri-Tues 0600-1400  Tues-Sat 1400-2200  Wed-Sun 2200-0000

The Security Control Room Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Must be able to work in a fast pace call center/emergency center type environment Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable on the phone and radio Must be able to multitask in high pressure situations 

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
