Support a fast-paced site; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility.Submit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systemsEnsure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.Conduct security audits and safe inventoriesBasic Qualification
High School diploma or equivalent, and 6 years additional education and/or administrative or security-related experience
Candidate must have and be able to maintain a U.S. Government final security clearance at the Secret level with the ability to obtain Top-Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet business needs
Candidate must be organized and efficient at time management
Candidate must have experience with computer and desktop Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel etc...)
Ability to sit and/or stand throughout the day
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas
Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Salary Range: $59,300.00 - $98,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
