Security Coordinator

The Security Coordinator assists with Commercial Security conversion, project coordinate, resource allocation, scheduling, support and building of customer accounts in our billing system, scheduling technicians for site surveys, installs, change orders and troubles. In addition, this position ensures all customer documentation is uploaded into their file and service orders are properly documented and closed with Sales and Account Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of Commercial Security Projects Assist Sales and Account Management teams to develop necessary work orders in Hotwire billing system, COPS Monitoring and Alarm.com Collaborate with leadership team to analyze and validate all Commercial Security customer contracts. Ensure leadership is equipped with PCN, BOM and Pre – Assessments for upcoming projects. Partner with various departments to ensure seamless launches for Commercial Security Property. Work collaboratively with Project Management and Account Management team to optimize tracking systems and guarantee project status is maintained with accuracy and efficiency. Participate in daily meetings with leadership team and assist team members. Manage bi – weekly install leadership meeting and update tracker. Collaborate cross- functionally to assist teams’ optimization of launch projects. Coordinate with sales team scheduling and installation assignments for technician teams. Ensure installation crews call in upon completion of job or return to base for verification Provide communication and insight to sales regarding any changes to installation appointments. Perform QA function on service orders or project documentation to ensure all information was accurately documented. Oversee timekeeping, audits, payroll and commissions. Assist technicians with field customer escalations. Drive day-to-day execution of creating, modifying schedules and routes. Handle warehouse inventory and equipment verification. Drive continuous improvement of productivity standards. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school or Associate’s degree in business. Ability to work cooperatively and as a member of a team and display interpersonal awareness. Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Outlook). Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Fast learner, exceptionally intuitive, visualize the issue and take action Requires an excellent knowledge of all resources required to support our customers including internal team members, third party vendors, contractors and support teams. Industry-related experience preferred.
