Security Coordinator-Full-Time
Position will function as a working coordinator, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the security department on evening shifts.Coordinator will be required to perform the duties of a security officer to ensure the protection and safety of all hospital patients, visitors, staff or other persons on or within the hospital properties.Will be responsible for assisting in the facilities Security Management program to ensure compliance with ACHC, and NFPA 99 chapter 13, security management codesMakes appropriate decisions in the absence of the Director. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required
High school graduate or equivalentSome security education or experience preferredMust have valid driver’s license.Must be able to pass a Taser course within 7 months and maintain certificationMust obtain Basic & Advanced International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) certification within 6 monthsCPI & CPR Certification required-(Hospital will provide training)Benefits Include:
