Job Title: Security Design EngineerJob Description A growing multi-disciplinary design-build company is seeking a Security Design Engineer for numerous upcoming projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in telecom design, be familiar with Revit, and come from an electrical background . This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry to mid-level designer to grow into a Project Manager role within 2 years at a company that highly values employee growth, career goals, and the relationships they build with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities + Design and develop security systems and controls. + Produce projects using Revit and AutoCAD. + Work on data center projects, including those involving security alarms and technology. + Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate security systems with electrical design. + Manage and execute telecom design projects. + Ensure projects meet client requirements and industry standards. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience in telecom design. + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. + Background in electrical engineering. + Experience with security systems, controls, and CCTV. + Ability to produce detailed design projects. + Knowledge of security alarm systems and technology. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with data centers, preferably Meta data centers. + RCDD Certification.
