Receive emergency and nonemergency phone or radio callsDispatch security officers to emergency and nonemergency calls around the property utilizing the computer and radio systemsResponsible for the timely and accuracy of the daily key reports by shiftMonitor the safety of guests, team members, and security officersMonitors the fire alarm system for the propertyAdheres to departmental and company policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism in all company matters.Provides superior guest experience through consistent, positive interaction. Knowledgeable of applicable state laws, gaming regulations and security standard operating procedures.Ability to navigate other computer applications that are applicable Ability to maintain a level of composure during stressful situations and advance knowledge of the properties emergency preparedness plan BRING US YOUR BEST.
