Security Dispatcher at Providence Office Park- On-call, Day Schedule

The Dispatcher is part of the Providence Security Operations Center (PSOC), which is responsible for providing a centralized location for collecting, processing, documenting and disseminating information as it relates to routine and emergency calls for service in the Oregon Region and other contracted facilities. The PSOC operates much like a public 911 center but additionally monitors high risk areas through the use of CCTV, alarms and access control systems.

Required Qualifications:

Two (2) years experience handling complex matters that includes applying organizational policies and procedures. One (1) year experience working in environment with urgent or emergency conditions. Experience with 2-way radio systems. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Health care experience. One (1) year experience in dispatching environment experience.
