Job Summary: Receiving, dispatching and logging all requests for security assistance. Protects company assets and provides a safe environment for our team members and guests. Providing excellent guest service to both internal and external guests at all times.
· Receiving, dispatching and logging all requests for security assistance from all departments.
· Issuing temporary team member and vendor badges.
· Contact when necessary Sheriff’s Department, Fire Department and various other off property organizations during emergency situations.
· Logging and receiving all lost and found items. Logging and issuing security incident report numbers. Maintaining a daily security log.
· Limiting access to the “back of the house” to team members and authorized personnel.
· Maintaining a log of all non-team member issued badges for access to the back of the house. Dispatching security officers, via radio, to assigned duties.
· Maintain upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to another.
· Performing the function of the Security Officer as needed.
· Responsible for the safety and well-being of guests and fellow team members. Gives directions and provides escort to customers in need. Provides assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and other administrative hearings. Makes chip fills and jackpot verifications.
· Regularly provides escorts of money and persons in money-handling positions. Provides first aid, including CPR when necessary. Patrols all sections of property to identify safety hazards and breaks in security.
· Interviews, investigates and documents all applicable incidents in accordance with company policy. Makes lost and found detailed descriptions of people and incidents. Enforces all company policies and procedures.
· Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
· Monitor Fire Control Panel.
· Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
· Performs any and all duties as assigned by your Director, Manager, Supervisor, or a member of management.

High school diploma or equivalent Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Previous customer service experience Ability to display professionalism Must be able to run on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs Ability to identify and quickly respond to potential problems and conflicts; and defend self and others in combative situations Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas including walking and standing for long periods of time Ability to multi-task as required Must be able to earn and maintain an American Heart Association CPR/AED and First Aid certification Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.· Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification
Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming licenseAbility to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Must obtain a First Aid/AED certification. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training.
Ability to earn and maintain RBS Certification within 60 days of employment
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history.
