Qualifications:You!Candidates enrolled in or graduate of an Emergency Telecommunications or 911 Communications program or possess equivalent work experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIndividuals that are able to problem solve and prioritize effectivelyCandidates that are highly organized and demonstrate strong multi-tasking skillsPrevious experience with multi-line phone systems an assetAvailability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
