Our vision is to build a world class capability center that is an intersection of tech-innovation and learning, empowering our people to build solutions which will solve healthcare’s most complex challenges. We currently have a full-time job opening for a Security Engineer, Archer IRM & Issue Management Department overview:Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) at Cardinal Health enables Cardinal Health to securely deliver healthcare products and solutions that improve the lives of people every day by ensuring security and controls is embedded into Cardinal Health’s people, process and technology.  The Cyber Risk and Customer Security Assurance team fulfils our mission to strengthen our shield against cyber threats by providing a framework of processes and methodologies to manage Cardinal Health’s cybersecurity risks through issue and exception management, policy and standard creation, and customer third party risk assessment engagement.  Job Overview:Engineer, Archer IRM & Issue Management, applies knowledge of Application Development, Information Security, Risk Management, and Information Technology to support our Governance, Risk and Compliance platform (Archer IRM).  Additional responsibilities include:Elicit and refine requirements from our Information Security partnersDevelop, test and release enhancements to the Archer IRM platformSystem administration and support of Archer IRM platformEstablish and develop relationships with various teams and become knowledgeable about the respective IT environment, controls, and processesSupporting users of the Issues Management process (built in Archer IRM)Document team processes and requirements for technology enhancements to the team’s processesDemonstrate excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills. Qualifications:Experience in Application Development and Testing (including low or no code environments) Experience in Information Security Governance, Risk & ComplianceIdeal candidate will have excellent communication and influence skills with associates at many levels across the enterprise Strong analytical, collaborative, problem solving, organizational, relationship-building, and planning skills.7+ years experience in Information Technology & SecurityWhat is expected of you and others at this level?Applies working knowledge in the application of risk, compliance, and potential cyber risk impact.Works on projects of moderate scope and complexityApplies judgment, and may receive more detailed instruction on new projectsIdentifies possible solutions to a variety of problems and takes actions to resolve
