We are seeking a Security Engineering to join the Oracle+NetSuite Security team responsible for securing systems, infrastructure, services, and data.

We have an internship position available in this fast-growing organization! Looking for a reliable and responsible candidate who is eager to learn new things.

 

 

What you will do:

 Learn how to design, build, and support security solutions for product services and infrastructure for both on premise and the Oracle cloud.
Engineer, develop, automate, and test security tools and services.
Create standard development procedures and processes.
 Engage internal product teams to architect solutions securely.

 

Required skills and experience:

 Solid written and spoken English communication.  Ability to speak on technical level, describe, explain various issues, tasks, events to colleagues and management. Basic understanding of cloud and its principles, focus on security is a plus. Basic knowledge of Python development and automated testing. Basic administration of Linux.  Elementary knowledge of containers and container clusters.  Willingness to learn 

 

Additional preferred skills and experience:

Familiarity with SDLC principles Elementary experience with containerization and direct development into containers Elementary knowledge of IaaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Salt Basic knowledge of Computer networks, OS Hardening, any security tool or cloud solution is very welcome (not required, though).
