Overview The Security Escort is responsible for the daily escorting support required for non-cleared personnel aboard NSF Redzikowo. This service will include both SSLA (AAMDS) and NSF Redzikowo areas as required. May include daily escorting of custodial staff, grounds maintenance, and pavement clearing personnel. Responsibilities · Works as a team member to ensure effective and efficient operations that require non-cleared personnel in secured areas aboard NSF Redzikowo. · Ensures 100% accountability of all personnel they are providing escort services to and must remain with escorted personnel until personnel exit any secured area. · Implements operational policy, procedures and develops contingency plans. · Ensures completion of required reports, inspections, plans and documentation as outlined in the performance work statement. · Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, and working as a team to provide guidance and support to NSF Redzikowo personnel, contractors, and US Military Personnel. · Responsible for following a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Navy requirements. · Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). · Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet. · Performs other duties as assigned. Material & Equipment Directly Used · Operates non-tactical vehicles as required. May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); may be required to push, pull and lift heavy equipment. Qualifications · Minimum Qualifications · High School Diploma or equivalent. · Must be US Citizen. · Must maintain a Tier 3 Secret Security Clearance. · Must be able to obtain base approval access from Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu and AAMDS. · Experience · Shall have five (1) year of escorting experience aboard a US Military Installation.
