Here, you’ll work alongside other program security experts and military members to support their military operational objectives by providing them with a safe and secure operating environment. The Work:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
This position will be assigned to the LM RMS Special Access Program (SAP) Security Team at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Arizona. The Security Representative is responsible for integration and execution of contractor and government security operations, and must be able to prepare, maintain and enforce security policy and procedures within the Special Program environment. The selected candidate will be an integral part of MCAS Yuma F-35 Security. Must have a thorough knowledge and experience of applicable government and user agency security policies, including National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), the DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705), and knowledge of the Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG). Required knowledge of physical security, access control, classification management, document control and accountability, DD254s, security education and training awareness. Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to work independently, as well as on a complex team. Be willing to be on-call and be able to respond to the facility in the event of alarm activation or other emergencies. Other duties as assigned. This is primarily a 2nd Shift position; but mission events may require 1st or 2nd shift work and/or a non-standard work schedule to support mission requirements that differ from their primary shift being hired for.

In support of our US Marine Corps, US Navy, and US Air Force customers, members of the team are responsible for providing all aspects of security support services such as, Physical Security (PHYSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Collateral Security, Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA), Access Control, Media Control, Construction Security Management, and Squadron deployment support.
On occasion, incumbents may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule that differ from their primary shift being hired for.

Basic Qualifications:
Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.
Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
Basic knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience on the F-35 program and SAP Security.
2. Experience with Industrial Security requirements to include access control and intrusion detection systems.
3. Previous or current experience as a CPSO/CSSO.
4. Computer database skills to include DISS, CV2, and JADE.
5. Experience working with Marine Corps aviation squadron operations.
6. Self-starter with outstanding communication skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
