The Work:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

This position is located at Dannelly Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB) in Montgomery, AL and will support the F-35 security operations. This position is primarily supporting 1st shift, but due to the dynamic environment supporting flying operations and pilot training, the incumbent may be required to work a non-standard work schedule that differs from their primary shift being hired for. Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Top Secret/SCI clearance may be required, in the future.

Duties will include, but are not limited to: assist instructors, students and visitors using facilities; operate badging and access control systems; monitor security camera systems; perform random entry/exit searches; enforce all Air Force, local security procedures and practices, DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4, ICD 705, TSCO responsibilities, controlling access to secure facilities, handling and storage of classified documents and electronic media, and monitoring compliance with COMSEC and COMPUSEC; provide assistance with file plans and documentation maintenance in classified containers; change combinations and generate SF 700s; assist in self inspections and prepare for customer inspections; perform and document vault alarm tests; assist in security inquiries; assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours at the Pilot Training Center (PTC), and additional duties as required/assigned.

In support of our US Marine Corps, US Navy and US Air Force customers, members of the team are responsible for providing all aspects of security support services such as, Physical Security (PHYSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC) Collateral Security, Security Education and Training (SETA), Access Control, Media Control, Construction Security Management, and Squadron deployment support. On occasion, incumbents may be required to work a non-standard work schedule that differ from their primary shift being hired for.

Basic Qualifications:
1.Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, such as Personnel Security (PERSEC),Operational Security (OPSEC),Physical Security (PHYSEC),and Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA)
2.ICD 705 Physical Security knowledge and application
3.In depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07, Vols 1-4
4.Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation(CE) program
5.Industrial and/or military security experience
6.Prior experience as a CPSO, GSSO, PSO, PSM, ASM, or PSR
7.Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs)
Desired Skills:
1.Experience working on the F-35 Program
2.Experience working on Special Access Programs
3.Past appointment as a Special Access Program Personnel Security Official(SPO)
4.Experience providing Special Access Program Indoctrination/Refresher/Debrief/Foreign Travel briefings
5 Prior experience with GSA containers, document control, and marking SAP information in accordance with DoD guidelines
6.Experience working in a dynamic Military environment and be able to successfully interact daily with senior ranking USAF commissioned officers and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
