Maintain a safe and Secure environment Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal. Respond to calls from client Remove unwanted persons from the property  Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports. Provide Excellent customer service Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg do? Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry (asset) De-escalation skills Verbal Judo skills ( Asset) Must be good with Technology  Valid Provincial Security Guard License Customer service oriented Must be able to do Afternoon Shifts  Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
