Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Valid Manitoba Security Guard license Customer service oriented Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals First Aid is an asset Good with technology based systems
