Maintain a safe and Secure environment Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Helps deal with issues at the sky walk Safe Walks on the Sky walk  Ability to  de escalate issues  by detecting vagrants with  Mental Illness or drug use. Escalates issues to the correct people. Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Gardaworld ? Previous experience as Tactical Security Guard  (asset) Valid  Manitoba Security Guard license Must be able to work Afternoon and Night shifts Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to de escalate issues related to Vagrants with Mental illness and Drug use
