**Security Guard on 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard for the 3rd shift. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, team members, visitors, physicians, and volunteers. The Security Guard will conduct foot and vehicular patrols, assist with restraining violent patients when necessary, and communicate effectively to maintain quality outcomes within the security department. **Responsibilities** + Ensure a safe environment for all patients, team members, visitors, physicians, and volunteers by conducting foot and vehicular patrols of the facility and parking areas. Assist with restraining violent patients as needed. (50%) + Ensure quality outcomes for the security department by communicating effectively with security, team members, and the public. (20%) + Use time and resources in a financially responsible manner. (10%) + Foster group cohesiveness within the security department. (10%) + Portray a positive image of the organization. (9%) + Access Non-Pharmacy medication areas as necessary to perform assigned duties in accordance with Policy #101-22-001.
