Our client, a prominent third-party logistics (3PL) company, is seeking a Security Guard for their warehouse in Flanders, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Control traffic flow by directing drivers and signing in trucks and personnel, particularly during heightened security alerts.Guard the entrance gate to monitor and regulate access to the warehouse and grounds, allowing entry and exit for employees, truckers, and authorized visitors.Maintain vigilance over the premises, monitoring and observing activity to ensure safety.Provide excellent customer service to clients while upholding security protocols.

Required Experience and Skills:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to exchange information effectively.Keen attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.Experience in monitoring and observing spaces to maintain security.Ability to respond calmly and effectively to incidents, using problem-solving skills.Previous experience in security or guard check roles.Basic knowledge of security systems is a plus.Must be able to speak English.

Schedule and Pay:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AMPay Rate: $21.00 per hour
