Must have some experience with security in some way in the past.
Pay will depend on experience and knowledge but will be compensated fairly weekly.
What might you do?
-Inspect premises and patrol regulary
-Monotor enterance and reciepts of customers and employees.
-Monotor store floor,beer vault & bathrooms to ensuree saftey.
-Report daily to supervisor about anything out of normal accordance -Report suspicious activity immediatly to LPD ,
-Keep all doors shut , Lock beer cave after Midnight.
-Verify staff reciepts consumimg and purchasing inventory.
-Respond and act in timly manner should anything happen or cause a unsafe environment to staff or customers.
-Keep all loitering, soliciting's & any smoking and drinking on property with zero tolerance.
-Insure anyone isnt hanging around building , gas pumps , car wash & dumpster area .
-Maintain low customer counts inside for saftey & to minimize theft store after local business close.
-Prevent theft at zero tolerance for any taking of merchandise.
-Ensure saftey of customer and staff at all times.
Physical Requirements
While physical requirements for store employees may change depending on your franchisee, the position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs.
