Security & Housing Supervisor - Sol Duc Hot Springs
**Job Description** The Housing and Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the security of people and/or property in the assigned area(s). Responsibilities may include but are not limited to assisting clients, customers, and visitors to and on site, enforcing site regulations, reporting safety hazards, assisting with traffic control, etc. The Housing and Security Supervisor may be responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the security and housing operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $22.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Hourly eligible benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works. **Job Responsibilities** + Develop and implement security policies and procedures. + Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats. + Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems. + Coordinate emergency response efforts and act as the primary point of contact during security incidents. + Address resident concerns and complaints related to security promptly and professionally. + Foster a sense of community and safety among residents through regular meetings and engagement activities. + Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any security-related repairs or improvements. + Ensure that all housing facilities meet safety standards and are equipped with necessary security features. + Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, staff, and management regarding security issues and updates. + Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and outcomes. + Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring the safety and security of all residents. + Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts and prevent escalation. + Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to handle critical incidents.
