The Security Systems Analyst supports the global Security Integrations footprint through communication with global stakeholders, security systems programming, service ticket management, database management, and security systems administration.

Information Technology Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, skilled information technology candidate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting network databases and systems, updating system hardware and software, troubleshooting for system errors, and assisting team members in supporting all data security and optimization. An extensive background in technology and computer science, with experience in maintaining and installing IT systems, is a must.

Information Technology Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdminister network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email securityPerform data backups to ensure all company-owned work is savedInstall and update network system improvementsInstall and configure wireless networking equipmentMonitor servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi to ensure full coverageAssist with the design, implementation, and support of new software and featuresEvaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software and hardwareRespond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.Provide helpdesk and technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visitsOversee troubleshooting for system errorsSet up equipment for new users and employeesConsult with vendors and clients to integrate and update company technologyEnsure system optimization for all technology resourcesInformation Technology Requirements and QualificationsHigh school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferredIndustry certification (MCSE), CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+ certification, or other related IT professional certification; must meet all state-required licensure/certification. Preference given to candidates with the following: CASP, CEH, CISSP, GSEC, GCIH, Sec+, Net+, A+, Cloud+, CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCDA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, MTAMinimum 2 years’ experience in an information technology roleExperience working with network and server management supportUp-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgradesExcellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with IgnitionExperience with any or all of the following preferred: Software House, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Brivo, Milestone, Exacq, Axis, Bosch, Commend, DMP, Open Options, Notifier, Fluidmesh, or ONSSIAbility to learn new concepts and programs quicklyExperience building databases and data pipelinesBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent certification
