As a Security Front Lobby Receptionist, Doral, FL you will serve and safeguard AUS office personnel and visitors that visit the branch office located in Doral.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Weekends Off)

Responsibilities:

You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we makeGreeting and assisting visitors, personnel, and customers in a calm and professional mannerAnswering calls in a timely manner, taking messages and relaying accurately to appropriate individualsComfortable utilizing Microsoft Teams as a method of communicationRequired - Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking, writing, readingKeep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Ability to exert up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18+ years of agePossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
