The selected Front Desk Access Control candidate will perform various duties. These duties may include:
\n\nAccess control for guests, tenants and vendors.\nEnforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures.\nObservation and reporting of fire and safety hazards.\nConduct of routine foot patrols in and around building.\nReporting of all pertinent issues and incidents to the Property Manager.\nInteraction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nThis position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.
\n RequirementsExperience Requirements:
\n\nHigh school diploma or above;\nMinimum of one year of office or customer service experience;\nSecurity and/or Access Control experieince in a Residential or Hotel enviroment.\nMust be able to multitask.\nMust be able to operate and maintain site specific security access programs.\nMust possess exceptional customer service skills.\n\nDesired Experience:
\n\nSecurity administration;\n\n
