ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: What You Will Do  

Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis. 

Respond to all security and safety related calls in a timely manner. 

Investigate and compile accurate incident reports. 

Ability to effectively operate and understand building’s 24/7 posts (Loading Dock, Command Center etc.) 

Ability to effectively operate and understand building’s systems (ISS, Access Control) 

Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure. 

Use excellent customer service skills when interacting with patrons, vendors, & employees.  

Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by Security Managers and Supervisors. 

Comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by Security Managers and Supervisors. 

Have a basic understanding of the rule of law and the relevant penal codes.  

Ability to memorize, recollect and quickly retrieve relevant information.  

Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances.  

Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without the loss of composure.  

Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality.  

Other duties as assigned. 

 
CANDIDATE PROFILE: Who You Are 

Candidate must be available to work any shift requested including holidays.  

High School diploma or equivalent required. 

Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal in English) skills required. 

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.  

An understanding of all the rules of law & the relevant penal codes. 

Must have strong teamwork etiquette. 

Must be able to adapt to changes in assignment per event. 

Must maintain a high standard of grooming. 

Tasks are performed with moderate supervision. 

Must be able to walk/stand and climb stairs for more than 4 hours  

Talking, hearing, walking, running and vision activities occur continuously
