Securitas Security Services is hiring for a full time, friendly and compassionate individuals to work at a variety of our client sites in Middlesex & Essex Counties. Our ideal candidates is someone personable, energetic, compassionate and customer service oriented. 

Often called a Flex or Floater Officer, this position requires officers to travel to all sites within the branch to provide professional security solutions to clients as our recruitment team works to fill open role.

Flex/Float officers fill temporary assignments and can be called in to fill short notice openings (on call).

Officers generally know their schedule one week in advance but may be called on with short notice or in the event of an emergency.

Ideal candidates would have open availability to work 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift. 

Pay is $21-23 per hour depending on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to client facilities. Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents. Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures. Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel. Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required. Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.
