Job Summary Reporting to the Security Supervisor, and collaborating with other Security Staff, the Security Officer supports the health system's efforts to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, employees, students, and visitors. The officer assists all individuals in understanding and conveniently utilizing Hospital facilities. The officer provides a first response to emergency situations, and coordinates with external emergency management, law enforcement and fire agencies. Part Time Position, Alternating Day/Evening hours, 7am-3:30pm and 3:30pm-11:00pm. Prefer a candidate with flexibility to cover Night shift when needed as well. Hours would be 11pm-7:30am.
