Rate: $18.00-$20.00/HR

Currently hiring for various locations and positions in the Cairo, Illinois area. Available shifts for Security Officers will include 1st shift, 2nd shift and/or 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays.

Security Officer Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. (This position will include driver certification) Have reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (Public transportation is not available.) Have reliable working communication device (cell phone) Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC) Have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months Average to above average computer / technology skills needed Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Customer service background preferred  Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift Must have great attention to detail  Must be comfortable conducting access control duties  Have the legal right to work in the United States Ability to speak, read, and write English
