Job Requirements + High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience. + Previous security experience preferred. + Complete CPI training program and recertify every two years. + A valid Maine driver’s license. + CPI De-escalation training + Excellent surveillance, observation skills, and attention to detail + Good physical condition and offer an impeccable appearance while setting high professional standards. + Advanced Computer skills. + Knowledge of medical/security terminology is beneficial. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. + The ability to speak, read, write, and understand written instructions in English is required.
