Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

As a Security Officer, you’ll:

Provide excellent customer service to visitors, vendors, and patrons, offering directions and general information.Control access points as required.Patrol the property (up to 10 miles per day) to ensure safety and security.Observe and report suspicious activity while standing post or patrolling outside.Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and document all events accurately.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications:

Required:

21 years or older.High School Diploma or GED.At least 1 year of experience in unarmed security, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a residential setting.Ability to obtain/maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).Clean driving record.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Physical readiness to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, complete foot patrols (up to 10 miles/day), and work in various weather conditions.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).

Preferred:
