What will you do? Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor Conduct cash escorts as required Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity Operate a motorized vehicle when necessary Maintain crowd control as required Defuse guest profanity and handle issues or complaints professionally Operate motor vehicle when necessary Must possess valid driver’s license and pass drug screen More about you High School Diploma or GED Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Hold and maintain a valid drivers license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test Must be able to be licensed by State Gaming Commission Ability to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations when handling guest issues or complaints Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
