Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: + Protects patrons and employees, patrols for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguards the company’s assets + Escorts money and chip credits from booths to Master Bank and Chip fills + Performs table and Bill Validator drops + Investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility + Detains persons involved in illegal activities and notifies law enforcement authorities + Responds to complaints, ejections, medical and assistance calls and accurately acquire all pertinent information needed for reporting purposes + Checks IDs for underage patrons Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Performs cards and dice pick-up and distribution for the casino + Accurately stores and distributes all lost and found articles, accurately prepares necessary forms and updates the log book + Works in the Lost Guest Booth and Security Dispatch, as needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent + Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook + Ability to respond to emergencies in an expedited manner Training Requirements + CPR, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen certification + SMART alcohol awareness Physical Demands and Work Environment: + Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. + Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time + Ability to respond to emergency situations in an expedited manner + Possible exposure to unknown health and safety hazards and physical altercation + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
