Security Officer
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Security Officers to protect and secure a high-priority facility. This role involves monitoring access control, patrolling the premises, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle security incidents professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter. Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors. Conduct security patrols to maintain a strong security presence. Observe and report any security violations, unusual activity, or safety concerns. Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner. Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain site integrity. Document incidents and daily activity reports accurately and professionally. Communicate effectively with security team members and site management.

Job Requirements

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer proficiency for logging reports and monitoring access control systems. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be professional, reliable, and punctual. Must pass background check and drug screening.

Work Environment

Requires working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions. Frequent standing, walking, and patrolling throughout shifts. May be required to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
