Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

21+ years of age

This position is for a the Main Lobby Officer in the 300 Building Lobby.

The Security Officer will be required to greet employees, contractors, and visitors and assist them with their needs.

Issue and Print Temporary Access Badges, and Temporary ID Badges.

Verify required Picture IDs they possess to Insure Names and Faces Match.

Verify all access Authorization information to ensure that all documentation is properly signed and completed, and direct them to where they need to go.

Visitors and Non-Resident Contractors will need to be escorted by the person that is authorizing them into the building.

A Great Attendance Record is required for this Position to make sure our Security Posts are Open on Time. Being Late is Not an Option.

Applicant must be capable of using Electronic Apps on Company Phones.

If you are not experienced with electronic applications and software, please do not apply because this knowledge is a necessary Job Requirement.

Must be able to MultiTask and write legible reports that explain the entire situation in detail providing all required information needed based on the type of report.

Not eligible for transfer to another location until your 6 month anniversary.

Not on public transportation.
