In this role, there is the opportunity to - + Staff fixed posts to monitor access to secured areas and ensure safety protocols. + Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff, enhancing security and peace of mind. + Inspect incoming and outgoing parcels to prevent theft and ensure safe transport. + Respond to and resolve disputes, problems, and unusual circumstances promptly. + Maintain required certifications and licenses to remain compliant with regulations. + Assist with traffic control and vehicle support to ensure smooth operations. + Transport deceased individuals to the morgue and release bodies as needed. + Monitor security, fire, and environmental alarms, responding to emergencies and coordinating with appropriate personnel.
