Security Officer
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the facility.  Oversee the security team, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance standards.  Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and address security risks.  Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and other security measures to detect and prevent incidents. - Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services to respond to security breaches, emergencies, and other incidents. Manage access control systems and security equipment to safeguard the premises and assets. - Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.  Stay updated on industry best practices, security trends, and technologies to enhance security effectiveness.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to security across the facility. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or relevant security certifications preferred.
