RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalismConduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified informationGreet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit pointsFollow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnelRespond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarmsAct as a first responder in emergency situationsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceMust possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment)Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentMust possess one or more of the following:Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared sitePrior military experienceEffective written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional customer service skillsIntermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sitesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Prior law enforcement or armed security experienceAssociate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related fieldBENEFITS:
